Solutions Summit
The Solutions Summit convenes educators and environmental experts from across the state
to discuss strategies for improving Michigan’s environment.
Service-learning, volunteerism, place-based education and community-
based research are featured and shared as tools to build the movement.
TwoFold Retreat
The Twofold Retreat is an opportunity for the Michigan Campus Compact network of faculty and community service/service-learning directors to address separate ideas specific to their role and then come together to tackle common ones. Community Service/Service-Learning Directors have addressed strategic planning for their offices while faculty members tackle critical issues and formed a working plan for the upcoming year. The topics for the Twofold Retreat are decided in the winter for a June retreat.
